2.Description of our services
a) Advertising online poker rooms
PokerEthical.com is not a poker room operator and we do not provide any kind of gambling facilities. As an affiliate, we advertise and review some poker rooms for advertising and informational purposes only. Online poker rooms presented on our web site are not to our knowledge operated within the United States of America.
PokerEthical.com does not guarantee the accuracy, currency, reliability or completeness of any information, text, graphics, links, or other items contained at this web site. Also, PokerEthical.com cannot be held responsible for any failure of the advertised online poker rooms in providing their services or offers including, but not limited to, bonuses, tournaments or special promotions.
By visiting our web site and the poker rooms listed thereon, you confirm you understand, that it is possible to lose some or all of the monies deposited and wagered at these online poker rooms, and that you cannot and will not hold PokerEthical.com responsible for such losses. Any losses incurred as a result of your playing at online poker rooms listed on PokerEthical.com are not the responsibility of PokerEthical or its affiliated companies, contractors or suppliers.

b) Rakeback
The rakeback offer is a portion of PokerEthical's commissions that we give you back when poker rooms authorize us to do so. As a consequence this rakeback deals depend directly on each of our commission rates at each poker room and if, for any reason, a poker room reduces this rate we will have to reduce your rakeback percentage by the same proportion. Rakeback deals' rates are only given to you as an information and do not represent any engagements from PokerEthical to maintain this offers. If for any reason, some poker rooms decide not allowing rakeback anymore, we cannot be held responsible of this decision and consequently we will not pay you rakeback anymore.
Your rakeback amount is calculated by your poker room and is the only valid source. Tracker softwares that you may use do not constitute a reference in your rakeback calculation.
c) Payments
Payments of your rakeback as well as your RAF program commissions are facilitated by your online poker room. As a consequence, we cannot be held responsible of any delay or failure in making these payments.
d) Statistics
PokerEthical strives to provide you with a large range of statistics such as your rakeback and your Ethical money statistics. These statistics are based on the reports provided by your poker rooms as a consequence we cannot be held responsible of any errors that may occur on these reports.
Also, you understand that these reports are in different currencies, USD, GBP or EUR. For a matter of convenience, we have decided to present your statistics in one currency which is USD. In order to do so, we try to use the most accurate conversion rate according to the current market. However, your statistics are provided to you only for informational purposes and do not represent any guarantee of any kind.

3.Your obligations
Poker rooms listed on our web site are likely to change their promotions, rules and regulations on a regular basis. Individual poker rooms can, and often will, cancel a promotion without prior notice.
