Clarkkent89 is a young micro stakes grinder from Sweden. He decided this monday to play 1 million hands in one month on Pokerstars. This impressive guy plays 24 cash-game shorthanded table at the same time. But he is also a nice guy because he will give 50% of his winnings to Daniel Voiniers fund raising for Unicef.

Conflict-affected children and families in Pakistan’s North West Frontier Province are on the move. As many as 500,000 people are believed to have left their homes and rural villages as conflict has intensified. Hundreds of thousands more may flee the region in the coming days.

In the UK, Crusaid focuses its work on the Crusaid Hardship Fund which provides financial support to people living in poverty with HIV and AIDS. Many people seeking help from the Fund have a weekly income of only £50 ($80).
